Explosion "Namro-4 Laboratory" in Jakarta making a strange virus spread with ferocious, making Jakarta the verge of collapse and made it the dead who officially quarantined. Jakarta is now filled with a bunch of 'human' bloodthirsty hunt all creatures that move for prey. Team bomb squad sent to the city in a rescue operation to search for human remains that have not been infected. Girl (Eva Celia) and Anton (Sogi Indra Dhuaja) were civilians who were found by the bomb squad team that fell in such operations, namely Space (Reuben Elishama), Ngurah Rai (Ananda George), and Hatta (Tougher Satrya). It tells the story of the team's efforts to get out of a building into a den of thousands "of human malignant" to another building a rescue helicopter extraction point. Hatta died on the way, while Anton and Space which split from the other, made it first to the venue. Ngurah Rai girls and almost to the place, but a man attacking and biting infected Ngurah Rai suddenly. Space repulsed the ferocious man was forced to kill her grief and in Ngurah Rai who has been infected with a virus. Space, Anton, and the girl heard the helicopter coming, and climbed into the helicopter, without realizing that the girl's eyes emit strange color indicating that he too had contracted the virulent virus.
